What to Know

Please review the following policies before booking your appointment.

1Cancellation Policy

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations
  • Late cancellations may be charged 50% of service fee
  • No-shows will be charged the full service fee

2Arrival

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened session time
  • First time clients should arrive 10 minutes early to fill out necessary paperwork

3Payment

  • Payment is due at time of service
  • Cash, credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards accepted.

4Health & Safety

  • Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell
  • Inform your therapist of any medical conditions or injuries
  • Clients must complete a health history form that will be updated each year. The client is responsible for relaying accurate health information.

5Termination

  • The session may be paused or terminated for any reason by the client or therapist.
  • Hate speech, discrimination, aggressive or sexual behavior will result in termination. Common decency is a requirement not a request.
