What to Know
Please review the following policies before booking your appointment.
1Cancellation Policy
- 24-hour notice required for cancellations
- Late cancellations may be charged 50% of service fee
- No-shows will be charged the full service fee
2Arrival
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment
- Late arrivals may result in shortened session time
- First time clients should arrive 10 minutes early to fill out necessary paperwork
3Payment
- Payment is due at time of service
- Cash, credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards accepted.
4Health & Safety
- Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell
- Inform your therapist of any medical conditions or injuries
- Clients must complete a health history form that will be updated each year. The client is responsible for relaying accurate health information.
5Termination
- The session may be paused or terminated for any reason by the client or therapist.
- Hate speech, discrimination, aggressive or sexual behavior will result in termination. Common decency is a requirement not a request.
